It may say dog in our name, but we are cat people, too. We're even hamptser, turtle or iguana people.
Anyone that needs to be fed, with the exception of children or snakes (absolutely no snakes), we are happy to set up in-home visits.
Life can be unpredictable, but your dog's needs are not. Schedule a mid-day 30 or 60-minute romp around the neighborhood to help him/her get through the day until you get home.

Whether it's a half or full day of daycare or a midday scheduled walk, Modern Dog is available to help busy pet parents make sure their dogs expend his/her energy in healthy ways surrounded by furiends.
DAYCARE
At Modern Dog, your pup will spend the day playing, barking, running, chewing and doing what dogs do best so they come home to you happy and tired. Our playroom is supervised by our staff and equipped with playsets and toys to ensure the highest level of fun and safety during play.​
Is available to and from Modern Dog for $8 each way. This service is lmited to an apporximate 2-mile radius of the daycare facility.

SMALL ANIMAL CARE
Don’t let the name mislead you — we’re not just here for the dogs. We love cats, care for critters, and have a soft spot for turtles, hamsters, and even iguanas. If it eats and doesn’t hiss (sorry, no snakes) or ask for help with homework, we’re in.

WHY MODERN DOG?
An absolutely superbly-run, boutique doggie day care. Delightful and energetic and detail-oriented owner. Excellent staff who love the dogs and a fun program of events around every holiday/special day. Our three dogs use both the day care and the boarding options and they love both! We have also done walks sometimes, and they have been great, too. Well-priced for the high quality service.
